Yes, it's crazy. I was lucky this morning and the hamsters found in my local Walmart for $ 8, and now they have posted signs that any person up to 2 by Zhu Zhu every product, and retailers are not restricted welcome to buy them. I do not know if it will help will, but at least try each has a fair chance to get the toys. This was in the Chicago area.
